<p><strong>Plain English summary:</strong> Use ContentAutoPilot for lawful professional purposes. You own your content. Review all AI outputs before use. Pay your subscription on time. Don't abuse the platform.</p>
<h3>1. Acceptance of terms</h3>
<p>By creating an account or using ContentAutoPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.</p>
<h3>2. The service</h3>
<p>ContentAutoPilot provides AI-powered content and documentation generation tools for NDIS providers, real estate agents, and legal professionals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.</p>
<h3>3. Accounts and subscriptions</h3>
<ul>
<li>You must provide accurate information when creating your account</li>
<li>You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account</li>
<li>You must not share your account beyond your subscription's user limit</li>
<li>You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Free trial:</strong> New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. Access is suspended at trial end until a plan is purchased.</p>
<h3>4. Payment and billing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance</li>
<li>Payments are processed by Stripe</li>
<li>You may cancel at any time — access continues until end of paid period</li>
<li>No refunds for partial months, except where required by Australian Consumer Law</li>
<li>Founding member pricing is locked for life while subscription remains active</li>
<li>Standard plan price changes notified 30 days in advance</li>
</ul>
<h3>5. Acceptable use</h3>
<p>You agree not to use ContentAutoPilot to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent</li>
<li>Violate any applicable law or regulation</li>
<li>Reverse-engineer or copy the platform</li>
<li>Resell or sublicense access without written consent</li>
<li>Circumvent usage limits or access controls</li>
<li>Input sensitive participant data (full names, NDIS numbers, medical information) into generation forms</li>
</ul>
<h3>6. Your content</h3>
<p>You retain ownership of all content you input and all outputs generated for you. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit written consent.</p>
<h3>7. AI-generated outputs</h3>
<p><strong>Important:</strong> AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before use in any professional, clinical, or legal context. ContentAutoPilot outputs are drafts — not final documents.</p>
<h3>8. NDIS-specific terms</h3>
<ul>
<li>You remain fully responsible for compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements</li>
<li>ContentAutoPilot is not registered with the NDIS Commission and does not provide clinical or regulated support services</li>
<li>All generated documents must be reviewed by a qualified staff member before submission or filing</li>
<li>We strongly recommend providers do not enter personally identifiable participant information into the platform</li>
</ul>
<h3>9. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>ContentAutoPilot, its templates, design, code, and branding are owned by InfoSys Solutions USA LLC. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.</p>
<h3>10. Limitation of liability</h3>
<p>To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law: ContentAutoPilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the relevant 12-month period. Nothing limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.</p>
<h3>11. Termination</h3>
<p>You may cancel anytime via [email protected] or your billing portal. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms. Account data deleted within 90 days on request after termination.</p>
<h3>12. Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.</p>
<h3>13. Changes to these terms</h3>
<p>We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.</p>
